Alteration of Booking (days before departure)
More than 7 days - USD 20 per person.
7 to 4 days - 25% of the Package Price.
3 days or less - 40% of the Package Price.
Less than 1 day - 50% of the Package Price.
"Package Price" in Sections 2 and 3 above is defined as the total package cost (airfare + ground services) and payable for all the people booked and confirmed as part of the package, including both adults and children.
All cancellations and alterations of confirmed bookings will have to be sent to Oman Air in writing. The above cancellation and alteration periods will be applicable as per the time of the written notification being acknowledged by the Oman Air Holidays staff.
If after payment of full monies any booking has to be cancelled by Oman Air Holidays a suitable alternative will be offered or full refund offered; if a package needs to be altered a suitable alternative will be offered.
Complaint against any of the services booked within the package has to be reported immediately to Oman Air Holiday’s local representative, who will try their best to rectify the situation to the extent that the clients receives what he/she has paid for. If the complaint is not resolved to the client’s satisfaction, any further complaints or refund requests are to be addressed to Oman Air Holidays within 48 hours of the client’s return.
The complaint or refund request will be replied to within 7 days of receipt of the same.
The extent of the refund if any provided to the client will be at the sole discretion of Oman Air.
Any service(s), being a part of the pre-booked and paid package taken by the client, remaining unutilized will not be refunded.
It is the client’s responsibility to ensure that he/she possesses a valid passport and entry permit for the destination for which the holiday package has been booked. It is also imperative that the client carries with him/her the Oman Air Holidays tour voucher which has been issued by the Oman Air office as a confirmation of the listed services being booked, reconfirmed and paid for, hotels/service providers have the authority to refuse bookings in the absence of relevant vouchers.
All prices mentioned in the price list are subject to change without prior notice. In the event that the client has paid a deposit or full payment towards the holiday package, any increase in price intimated to him/her prior to his date of travel will have to be paid by the client. If the increase is unacceptable, the client may cancel his booking but the same will be subject to the cancellation policy as detailed in point 2 above and the applicable charges, if any, will have to be paid by the client.
Condition of Travel
It is the client’s responsibility to take note of and abide by the rules and regulations of the Hotel or Resort where they are staying. Clients must ensure that the time of booking a package, all of the above points are read, clearly understood and accepted.
