  • Online access to booking is available until the scheduled departure date & time of the first flight mentioned in your booking. After the scheduled departure date & time, please contact the point where you purchased your ticket or local Oman Air office.
  • For Pre-reserving the seat, meal requests, updating travel documents, Sindbad number please contact the point where you purchased your ticket or local Oman Air office.
  • Online changes will be applied to all the passengers contained within a "Booking Reference". Modification / changes for selected passengers only, cannot be done online.

 

Modify the booking and issue new tickets feature

  • All Oman Air bookings can be accessed for modification of flight date, time and change of airports within the country of origin and country of destination. Multiple destinations, introduction of stopover, or modification of origin/destination country cannot be done online.
  • Subject to availability of seats in the selected flight, we will notify the applicable additional charges in the following pages. Additional charges will have to be paid through a valid credit/debit card. Hence keep the card info handy to process the payment.

 

Cancel the booking and refund the tickets features

  • If you decide to cancel the booking and refund the ticket, we will notify the applicable charges and residual refund value in following pages. Refunds will be credited back to the same credit/debit card used for purchase of ticket.
  • Incase original tickets were purchased against cash, cheque, invoice or other form of payments only booking will be canceled. To refund the ticket value please contact the point where you purchased these tickets.
